An on-call physician may be reached by calling the office telephone number. The answering service will assist you.
Walk-In care is available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM through the Walk-In located within Lourdes Vestal. Walk-In care is available for non emergent care. No appointments are necessary to be seen by one of our Walk-In healthcare providers. Holiday hours are advertised. You can contact our walk-in office at 607-251-2180.
Easy access from the Vestal Parkway. Plenty of parking with easy access to our office. Our facility is a street-level building which provides easy access for our patients in wheelchairs or with disabilities.
In Case of Emergency:
Go to the nearest hospital emergency department if you have chest pains, difficulty breathing, serious injury or bleeding, severe pain, or are pregnant and experiencing contractions.
Our family physicians and highly trained clerical and clinical office staff provide a full range of services to our patients. We treat patients of all ages and our practice is accepting new patients. Same day sick calls are available for established patients.
Professional staffs are available to take your calls during office hours.
Lab services are available in the lab on the first floor of our build. The lab is open Monday - Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday from 8:00am - 8:00pm. No appointment is necessary. Please bring your physician's order with you. Please contact the lab at 607-798-5723 if you have any questions.
All refills must be requested 3 business days in advance. Refills will be called in to the pharmacy late in the afternoon. To get your prescription more quickly, in most cases, you can request your renewal through your pharmacist. You can also request a prescription renewal through your Primary Care Patient Portal. Don't have a Portal? Talk to your healthcare provider today about signing up.
Try not to let your medications run out. Please notify us at your office visit if your prescriptions are due to be refilled
Your appointment is important. If you cannot meet your appointment please call our office to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
