Walk-In care is available daily from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Walk-In care is available for non emergent care. No appointments are necessary to be seen by one of our Walk-In healthcare providers. Holiday hours are advertised. You can contact our walk-in office at 607-972-2335.
Located off the Route 17 Owego exit. Plenty of parking with easy access to our office. Our facility is a street-level building which provides easy access for our patients in wheelchairs or with disabilities.
In Case of Emergency:
Go to the nearest hospital emergency department if you have chest pains, difficulty breathing, serious injury or bleeding, severe pain, or are pregnant and experiencing contractions.
Our physicians are board certified and our practice is accepting new patients. Same day sick calls are available for established patients. We treat patients of all ages.
Professional staff are available to take your calls during office hours. Afternoons are generally less busy. Because of call volume, it may be necessary to put you on hold. Please indicate when asked if you are unable to hold the line.
Lab & X-Ray Services
Laboratory services available Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. To make an appointment call 607-687-1122. Our lab fax number is 607-972-2337.
X-Ray services are available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
All refills must be requested 3 business days in advance. Refills will be called in to the pharmacy late in the afternoon. To get your prescription more quickly, in most cases, you can request your renewal through your pharmacist. You can also request a prescription renewal through your Primary Care Patient Portal. Don't have a Portal? Talk to your healthcare provider today about signing up.
Try not to let your medications run out. Please notify us at your office visit if your prescriptions are due to be refilled
Calls to schedule appointments should be made during office hours listed above. Sick appointments fill up quickly, so we recommend that you call early in the day.
What if Hospitalization is Required?
In general, the doctors admit their patients to Lourdes Hospital. If for some reason you prefer to be admitted elsewhere, discuss this with your doctor. Our physicians have admitting privileges to all hospitals in the area. If hospitalization is necessary, the decision will be mutually made between the physician and the patient as to which facility to use. Our physicians do not round on our patients at the hospital but have coverage arrangements with full-time hospitalist physicians. Be sure to contact your insurance plan, especially if you belong to an HMO.
Please call the office 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep an appointment. Providers have a daily preset schedule. Arriving late to your appointment will delay other appointments and you may be asked to reschedule. Walk-ins are discouraged and can result in long wait times because scheduled appointments will be seen first.
- Insurance cards must be presented at the time of visit.
- Co-payments are expected at the time of visit.
- All insurance companies require us to verify all identifying information at the time you present for each visit to prevent errors that might result in a rejection of payment by your insurer.
