Tai Chi is considered a highly effective exercise for mind and body health. Exercises are designed to improve muscular strength, flexibility, and fitness. They are effective in relieving pain and can be practiced standing or sitting. Each class includes a series of warm-up exercises and advanced movements. Participants are encouraged to practice Tai Chi on a daily basis. It is recommended that participants discuss with their provider prior to participation.
