Evenings/Weekends:
An on-call physician may be reached by calling the office
telephone number. The answering service will assist you.
Convenient Location:
Located on Main Street in Binghamton. Parking is available with
easy access to our office. Our facility is equipped with ramps and
elevators to provide easy access for our patients in wheelchairs or
with disabilities.
In Case of Emergency:
Go to the nearest hospital emergency department if you have chest
pains, difficulty breathing, serious injury or bleeding, severe
pain, or are pregnant and experiencing contractions.
Our Staff
Our physicians are board certified and our practice is accepting
new patients. Same day sick calls are available for
established patients. We treat patients of all ages.
Office Telephones
Professional staff are available to take your calls during
office hours.
Lab Services
Laboratory services are available Monday
through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. No appointment
is necessary. Please bring your physician's order with you. Our lab fax number is 607-584-4979.
Prescription Refills
All refills must be requested 48 hours in advance, Monday
through Thursday. Refills will be called into the pharmacy late in
the afternoon. You can also request a prescription
renewal online.
Missed Appointments
Your appointment is important. If you cannot make your
appointment, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance to
reschedule of your appointment.
Reminders
- Insurance cards must be presented at the time of visit.
- Co-payments are expected at the time of visit.
- Information about financial
assistance is available by calling 607-798-5506 or
607-798-5229.
