hours. If you are expecting a return call from the office, please
remove your caller ID.

- 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Please bring your physician's order with you. Our lab fax number is 607-584-7674.
Prescription Refills
All refills must be requested 24 hours in advance, Monday
through Thursday. Refills will be called into the pharmacy late in
the afternoon. Please notify us at your office visit if your
prescriptions are due to be refilled. You can also request a
prescription
renewal online.
Appointments
Calls to schedule appointments should be made during office
hours listed above. Sick appointments fill up quickly, so we
recommend that you call early in the day. Please call the
office 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep an
appointment. Providers have a daily preset schedule. Arriving late
for your appointment will delay other appointments and you may be
asked to reschedule. Walk-ins are discouraged and can result
in long wait times because scheduled appointments will be seen
first.
What if Hospitalization is Required?
In general, the doctors admit their patients to Lourdes
Hospital. If for some reason you prefer to be admitted elsewhere,
discuss this with your doctor. Our physicians have admitting
privileges to all hospitals in the area. If hospitalization is
necessary, the decision will be mutually made between the physician
and the patient as to which facility to use. Be sure to contact
your insurance plan, especially if you belong to an HMO.
Missed Appointments
Your appointment is important. If you cannot meet your
appointment, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance to
reschedule your appointment.
Reminders
- Insurance cards must be presented at the time of visit.
- Co-payments are expected at the time of visit.
- Information about financial
assistance is available by calling 607-798-5506 or
607-798-5229.
Insurance Referrals
Managed care insurance plans require a referral from your
primary care provider for appointments with specialists, emergency
room visits, out-of-network physician visits, most diagnostic
testing, etc. It is your responsibility to inform this office at
least 48 hours in advance for the authorization. Our office should
be notified the next working day of any emergency visits.
Patient Satisfaction
As a medical group, we cannot overemphasize the importance of
close communication between patient and physician. Please report to
us any complaint you might have about our services or failure to

are here to serve you with the best medical care possible. Please
