Location:
Riverside Surgical is conveniently located in the new
Ambulatory Care Center, providing easy access to diagnostic testing
and other Lourdes services.
Enter through the new main entrance then take the elevators 15
& 16 to the Main floor. When you exit the elevator, the office
is to the left. If you enter the hospital through the West
entrance, follow the hallway down to elevators 1 & 2 then take
a right at the elevators. Follow the hallway down to the Ambulatory
Care Center. Once inside the Ambulatory Care Center elevators 15
& 16 will be straight ahead and to the left. Take the elevator
to the Main floor.
After Hours:
For established patients with general surgical issues
after 5:00 PM and weekends, please call the office phone number and
the answering service will put you in touch with the on call
physician. In case of emergency, please go to the Lourdes emergency
room.

Through the availability of some of the most sophisticated
surgical technology in the community, including the da Vinci Robtic
Surgical System, our patients no longer have to travel outside of
the community to receive minimally invasive and advanced surgical
procedures.
Reminders
- Insurance cards must be presented at time of visit.
- Co-payments are expected and appreciated at the time of
visit.
- All insurance companies require us to verify identifying
information when you present for each visit. This prevents errors
which may result in a rejection of payment by your insurer.
- Information about financial assistance is available by
calling 607-798-5506 or 607-798-5279.
- You may also pre register for your appointment by calling
607-584-5515. This will save you time at our check in window.
