Dr.
Farrell graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University. He
completed his residency at Strong Memorial Hospital/University
of Rochester. He is Board Certified by the American Board of
Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American
College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Farrel's Appointments include: Medical Director, Department
of OB/GYN, Lourdes Hospital; Board of Directors, Lourdes Hospital
Foundation; and Clinical Assistant Professor, SUNY Health Science
Center, Binghamton, Department of OB/GYN. His Professional
Associations include: the American College of Obstetricians and
Gynecologists; the Broome County Medical Society; the Alpha Sigma
Nu National Jesuit Honor Society; the American Medical Association;
and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Dr. Farrel is affliated with Lourdes Hospital and United Health
Services Hospitals.
Dr. Farrell's professional interests include high risk
pregnancy, urinary incontinence, and laparoscopic surgery.
Dr. Farrell and his wife Corinne returned to the Binghamton area
in 1991 to join Broome OB/GYN. They currently live in
Binghamton with their four daughters. Some of Dr. Farrell's
favorite hobbies include skiing, golf, sailing, off-road driving,
and cheering at soccer, basketball, Lacrosse, tennis, and track
events.
