All requests for formal interviews with hospital
personnel must be coordinated with the Media Relations Coordinator
in the Public Relations Department by calling
607-772-1274.

During the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through
Friday, news media may call 607-772-1274 for
assistance.

Outside regular business hours and 24 hours/day on
weekends and holidays reporters may call 607-798-5111 and an
on-call Public Relations staff member will
respond.

Members of the media must be
escorted by a member of the Public Relations
Department whenever on Lourdes property. This is
to ensure patient privacy is protected.

Prior to being photographed or videotaped on behalf of
Lourdes, including by commercial media, the patient (or the person
legally authorized to sign on their behalf) must sign an
authorization for Photo Use/Release form.
