If I can help somebody as I pass along,
if I can cheer somebody with a word or song,
if I can show somebody he's traveling wrong,
then my living will not be in vain.

Experience Lourdes as a Junior Volunteer
Lourdes Junior Volunteers are
a terrific asset to the Lourdes Hospital Family. On average, Junior
Volunteers donate over 3,200 hours per year.
Junior Volunteers will be introduced to an atmosphere of
responsibility and commitment. They will gain experience for
college and employment while meeting course requirements.
There are a variety of Volunteer Opportunities
available at Lourdes. Junior Volunteers can choose to volunteer in
an area that interests them, or we can help match them up with a
volunteer area based on their interests, skills, and education.
Junior volunteers are between the ages of 14-17. All applicants
will need to complete a Junior
Application and submit a working card.
All volunteers interested in volunteering at Lourdes need to
meet certain health requirements prior to volunteering. To
speed up the application process, ask the Volunteer Services staff
what health information to provide for the desired volunteer
position.
