8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.  
Appointments are required. 
Evenings/Weekends:  
An on-call physician may be reached by calling the office telephone number. The answering service will assist you. 
Convenient Location:  
Easy access from the Vestal Parkway; located in the former Wellness Center. Plenty of parking with easy access to our office. Our facility is a street-level building which provides easy access to our patients in wheelchairs or with disabilities. 
In Case of Emergency:  
Go to the nearest hospital emergency department if you have chest pains, difficulty breathing, serious injury or bleeding, severe pain, or are pregnant and experiencing contractions.

Our physicians specialize in Internal Medicine and our practice is accepting new patients.  Same day sick calls are available for established patients.  We provide Adolescent & Adult health care.

Prescription Refills 

All refills must be requested 24 hours in advance, during regular office hours. Refills will be called into the pharmacy late in the afternoon. You can also request a prescription renewal online.

Office Telephones 

Professional staff are available to take your calls during office hours.

Reminders 

1. Insurance cards must be presented at the time of visit. 

2. Co-payments are expected at the time of visit.

Your appointment is important. If you cannot meet your appointment please call our office to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

Shabana  Jamil, MD Dr. Jamil graduated from Sindh Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. She completed her residency at Woodhull Medical & Mental Health Center in Brooklyn, NY. She is board certified in Internal Medicine.
