Hours of Operation:
8:00am - 8:00pm Monday and Wednesday.
8:00am - 4:30pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Appointments are required.
Evenings/Weekends:
An on-call physician may be reached. By calling the office telephone number, you will be directed to the physician on call.
In Case of Emergency:
Go to the nearest hospital emergency department if you have chest pains, difficulty breathing, serious injury or bleeding, severe pain, or are pregnant and experiencing contractions.
Convenient Location:
Located off the Route 17 Owego exit. Plenty of parking with easy access to our office. Our facility is a street-level building which provides easy access to our patients in wheelchairs or with disabilities.

Our physicians are board certified and our practice is accepting new patients. Same day sick calls are available for established patients. We treat patients of all ages.

Prescription Refills

All refills requested by phone must be called in 24 hours in advance, Monday through Friday. Refills will be called into the pharmacy late in the afternoon. Please notify us at your office visit if prescriptions are due to be refilled. You can also request a prescription renewal online.

Office Telephones

Professional staff are available to take your calls during office hours. Afternoons are generally less busy. Because of the volume of calls, it may be necessary to put you on hold. Please indicate when asked if you are unable to hold the line.

Reminders

Insurance cards must be presented at the time of visit.
Co-payments are expected at the time of visit.
All insurance companies require us to verify all identifying information at the time you present for each visit to prevent errors that might result in a rejection of payment by your insurer.

Appointments

Calls to schedule appointments should be made during office hours listed above. Sick appointments fill up quickly, so you should call early in the day. Please call the office 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep an appointment. Providers have a daily preset schedule, therefore, arriving late will delay other appointments and you may be asked to reschedule. Walk-ins are discouraged and can result in a long wait because scheduled appointments will be seen first.

Lab & X-Ray Services

LAB services available Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 2:00PM. Lab Services are by appointment only. To make an appointment call (607) 687-1122. X-RAY services are available Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM.

What if Hospitalization is Required?

In general, the doctors admit their patients to Lourdes Hospital. If for some reason you prefer to be admitted elsewhere, discuss this with your doctor. Our physicians have admitting privileges to all hospitals in the area. If hospitalization is necessary, the decision will be mutually made between the physician and the patient as to which facility to use. Our physicians do not round on our patients at the hospital but have coverage arrangements with full-time hospitalist physicians. Be sure to contact your insurance plan, especially if you belong to an HMO.
