Prenatal Care Assistance Program (PCAP), the Medicaid Obstetrical and
Maternal Services (MOMS) program, and
Lourdes Patient
Financial Assistance program.
Through PCAP, medical insurance is provided for the mother during
pregnancy, birth, and 60 days following the birth and for the newborn through
the first year of life.
