Hours of Operation:  
8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Thursday
9:00am - 5:00 Friday. 
Appointments are required. 
Evenings/Weekends:  
An on-call physician may be reached by calling the office telephone number. The answering service will assist you. 
Convenient Location:  
Located on Main Street in Binghamton. Parking is available with easy access to our office. Our facility is equipped with ramps and elevators to provide easy access to our patients in wheelchairs or with disabilities. 
In Case of Emergency:  
Go to the nearest hospital emergency department if you have chest pains, difficulty breathing, serious injury or bleeding, severe pain, or are pregnant and experiencing contractions.

Our physicians are board certified and our practice is accepting new patients.  Same day sick calls are available for established patients.  We treat patients of all ages.

Lab Services

Lab services are available Monday through Friday from 9:00am - Noon and 1:00pm - 2:15pm.  No appointment is necessary with a physician order.

Prescription Refills 

All refills must be requested 24 hours in advance, Monday through Thursday. Refills will be called into the pharmacy late in the afternoon. You can also request a prescription renewal online.

Reminders 

1. Insurance cards must be presented at the time of visit. 

2. Co-payments are expected at the time of visit.

Missed Appointments 

Your appointment is important. If you cannot make your appointment please call our office to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

Meet Our Providers

Thomas E. Burkert, RPA-C Tom is a graduate of the Alderson-Broaddus College Physician Assistant Program in West Virginia. He is certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants. He specializes in Family Practice with an interest in Emergent and Urgent care.

Darlene C. Denzien, DO Dr. Denzien graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She specializes in Family Practice.

Patricia J. Vincent, RPA-C Patricia graduated from Alderson-Broaddus College, West Virginia. She specializes in family practice including adolescent and women's health.
