During this flu season, some Lourdes Primary Care patients are still seeking flu shots. Those who have not yet received the H1N1 flu vaccine are strongly encouraged to do so.  This may help prevent a new wave of H1N1 flu from spreading.

Remember, to protect yourself from the flu, wash your hands often with soap and water, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer, and cover your cough/sneeze with a tissue or cough/sneeze into the crease of your elbow.
