Lourdes Care Plus program is open to anyone who carries Medicare Parts A and B.

Its benefits include:

• Free telephone and television for the first five days of any hospitalization.
• Free advice and billing assistance: Our Lourdes Care Plus representative will personally help you understand and complete your medical insurance forms and assist in processing your hospital and other medical bills. Call 798-5899 to set up an appointment.
• Cafeteria meal discounts at 30% upon presentation of membership card to cashier.
• Supper Club: available from 4-5:30 pm daily. Includes soup, entree, vegetable, bread & butter, beverage and dessert.
• Free physician referral services: If you do not have a family physician or need specialty care we can put you in touch with doctors who can help. Call 797-0006 for assistance.
