A Guide to the Lourdes Hospital Main Campus
Admitting
- Park in "D" lot
- Enter facility through the Ozanam Entrance
- Follow corridor to the end and take elevator 1 or 2 to the
Main Floor (M)
- Exit elevator to the right
- Follow Corridor towards front of building
- Lab entrance is on the right (glass wall)
Ambulatory Surgery
(Outpatient)
- Park in designated area in the "D" lot second row
- Enter facility through the Ozanam Entrance
- Follow corridor to the end and take elevator 1 or 2 to the
Main Floor (M)
- Exit elevator to the right
- Take immediate right down corridor
- At the first left is the check in booth for the Ambulatory Surgery
Center
Cardiac Rehab
- Depending on patient condition park in either "C" or "B" lot
- Enter the Medical Office Building through MOB entry
- Take a left down main corridor
- About 200 yards on the left is the check in for the Department
- Emergency Department
- Park in the "F" lot
- Enter the building through the Emergency Entrance (Ambulance)
- Check in at reception desk
- Park in the "D" lot
- Enter facility through the Ozanam Entrance
- Follow corridor to the end and take elevator 1 or 2 to the
Main Floor (M)
- Turn left off the elevator.
- Take immediate right through doorway.
- Diagnostic Imaging patient check-in and waiting area are on the
left.
Emergency
Department
- Park in the "F" lot (in front of hospital).
- Enter the building through the Emergency Entrance (Ambulance)
- Check in at reception desk
Hospice
- Hospice Administrative Offices are now located at 4102 Old Vestal Road, Vestal.
- To go to hospice patient rooms, park in the "A" lot and enter through the Towers entrance.
- Continue on main corridor to the end (Ross Wing)
- Check in at Nurse station to receive room location
Human Resources
- Lourdes Human Resources department is located in the Riverside Plaza (next to Bally Total Fitness)
at 47 Riverside Drive in Johnson City.
Laser Care Center
- Park in designated area in the "D" lot second row (Ambulatory
patient parking)
- Enter facility through the Ozanam Entrance
- Follow corridor to the end and take elevator 1 or 2 to the
Main Floor (M)
- Exit elevator to the right
- Take immediate right down corridor
- At the first left is the check in booth for the Ambulatory Surgery
Center
- To the far left hand corner of the Atrium is the Laser Care Center
Entry (Between Columns)
Lourdes At Home
- Lourdes at Home is located at 4102 Old Vestal Road in Vestal.
Out Patient Lab
- Park in "D" lot
- Enter facility through the Ozanam Entrance
- Follow corridor to the end and take elevator 1 or 2 to the
Main Floor (M)
- Exit elevator to the right
- Follow Corridor towards front of building
- Lab entrance is on the Left
Family Care Pharmacy
- Park in Patient area of "D" lot
- Enter facility through Ozanam Entrance.
- Follow corridor to the end and take elevator 1 or 2 to the
Main Floor (M)
- Exit elevator to the right.
- Follow corridor to the Main Lobby and turn right.
- The Family Care Pharmacy is located on your left, across from the Atrium.
Regional Cancer Center
(Medical Oncology)
- Park in the "D" Parking lot
- Enter through the Depaul Pavilion Entrance
- Take Main Corridor straigt to the entrance of the department.
Regional Cancer Center
(Radiation Therapy/Oncology)
- Park in the "G" Parking Lot
- Enter through the Regional Cancer Entrance
- Go through the three automatic doors
- The entrance to the department is just within the third automatic
door on the Left
Volunteer
Services
- Park in "D" lot
- Enter facility through the Ozanam Entrance
- Follow Corridor all the way past elevators 1 & 2
- Take Right Past Elevators
- Take first left up the ramp
- Take right and follow straight towards the Library
- Reception office is on the right just before the library
Women's and Children's
Center
- Park in patient section of "C" Parking Lot
- Follow Walkway to the Medical Office Building
- Enter facility and take a left down the main corridor
- Follow corridor about 200 yards and take a right into elevator 8 & 9
lobby
- Take either elevator to the second (2) floor
- Exit elevator to the right
- Take Corridor to the right follow past the nursery until next main
corridor
- Take Right to the nurse station located on the left
Wound Care
Center and Infusion Center
- Park in Patient area of "C" lot
- Follow Walkway up to the back of the Medical Office Building
- Enter the and turn to the left
- Look for signs (on the right) for Suite M03
- Take right down hallway and the entrance is at the end on the right
